This mandatory four-hour class has been designed to provide the training required by the Tennessee Private Protective Services Licensing and Regulatory Act for initial licensing as an unarmed private security guard in Tennessee. The class is broken into four "modules," each containing "sub-modules," for a total of nine subjects. Then, after you have completed this training course, there is a mandatory forty-question final exam. The nine subjects are: Tennessee Administrative Rules and Regulations; The Role of a Security Officer: Attitude and Conduct; Legal Powers and Limitations of a Security Officer: A Security Officer's Authority and Laws and Liabilities, Criminal and Civil; Basic First Aid; Emergency Evacuation and Notification Procedures; Patrol Procedures; Report Writing, Documentation and Evidence; General Security Terminology.

James Hardin I took the TN Unarmed Security Guard training. The course covers everything you need to know to obtain your license. The course is presented in an easy to understand manner. It was the lowest priced, accredited online course. I really don't know why anyone would take a company sponsored or competitor's course. I highly recommend Defencify.
