I recently completed the Arizona DPS Renewal Unarmed Guard Card Course (8 Hours), and overall I had a positive experience. The course was easy to access online and allowed me to work at my own pace, which made it convenient to fit around my schedule.

The material was well organized and covered important topics such as Arizona security laws, ethics, de-escalation, emergency procedures, and professional responsibilities. Even though I have prior experience in security, I still found the course to be a useful refresher and learned a few updated practices.

The quizzes were straightforward, and the instructions were clear throughout the training. Customer support was also responsive when I had a question.

My only suggestion for improvement would be to reduce some of the repetitive sections, as the course can feel a little longer than expected. Overall, it met the Arizona DPS renewal requirements and provided a convenient way to renew my guard card.

I would recommend this course to anyone looking for a flexible, state-approved online renewal option for their Arizona Unarmed Guard Card.
