Got my license but that’s all I can give credit..

It was not a terrible class. I’m sure there is far worse elsewhere but needs to be updated. Quiz questions that could make or break your ability to pass slowed me down quite a bit. Thankfully, you can retake the quiz as many times as you want but it’s not that enjoyable to keep doing over & over.

There was a question in there that asked (summarized) if you were to use physical actions against another person, would that be considered “assault” or “threatening & intimidation?” If you picked assault you’d be wrong…never got an explanation on how that made sense.

Also it felt like the course was 8 hours for the sake of 8 hours. If it got rid of excess material & repetitive slides, I think it could be a lot shorter.

Overall, it was ok.

Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback we'll certainly take it into account during our annual course review. As for the time required to complete the course, that unfortunately is a legal requirement. In order to qualify for a guard card you must complete a minimum of eight hours of training.
