There was a problem with my paperwork. I've been lied to and screwed around for 2 weeks and still don't have my paperwork. Its now too late. My guard card will expire before I can get it processed, so thanks for causing me to loose my job.

Christopher, we're so sorry that this happened. We had an issue getting some paperwork sent out but the problem has been resolved. Going forward Unarmed Security Guard Employee Registration Application and 2. Unarmed Training Verification Form all pre-filled and ready to go for submission to Arizona DPS....no waiting. If you decide to renew your Arizona license please email me at steve@defencifytraining.com and we'll provide the course at no charge.

It’s way to long

Jaime,
We're sorry you felt the course was too long, but that's beyond our control. Arizona has established eight hours as a requirement for a license renewal. Anything less than eight hours would disqualify the student from renewing their license.

awful I had to wait five days for my certificate and course took over 12 hours

Unfortunately, there was an unforseen glitch that caused your paperwork to get delayed past the 1-3 business days it usually takes. Once the glitch was rectified, our team was able to get your paperwork to you within the hour. As for the length of the course, it generally take 8 hours to complete. However, our material is very interactive and requires that individuals engage with it frequently in order to proceed. If it isn't being interacted with, it will rack up idle time which can make the course seem longer than it should be.

Was never received

You never finished the course, so the paperwork was not sent out so you could start the application process. Your course expired on 12/2/2024 so as long as you finish it by that time, you will receive everything you need to apply for the guard license.
