It was a good course overall for introduction into the security officer field

It was a good course overall for introduction into the security officer field. A couple of things that I found not smooth worthy little picture matching things sometimes they didn’t make complete sense to me. It would be nice if you could give time estimates for each block of education so you could plan your time out.

Good. Course had bugs

The course is fine. The convenience of having an online course is nice but I experienced several operating mishaps. There were a dozen times were the pages would fail and upon refreshing the module would restart. In total I had to retake probably 90 minutes of course material. My connection was strong and I tried using different devices as well, and yet the issues still occured.

Pretty redundant

Pretty redundant, same information repeated itself. Not all of questions were clear and when I would answer truthfully the question was designed as 'trick' or as writer intended it to be answered incorrectly.

We're sorry that you found some of the training redundant. Our courses must follow the state's regulations for the topics that need to be covered and how much time is required for each topic. As for the questions that appeared to be 'trick' questions; if you would like to provide more information on this to our support team at Admin@defencifytraining.com, we can have them reviewed and revised, if necessary.

Thank you for your feedback!

It's a very through course. I've been in the security field for over 37 years and this course covers just about everything you need to know.
