Easy to follow. At your own time a pace.
Their course was easy to understand, at my own pace, and concisely explained each point of information. The “Resources” tab in the online course is ESPECIALLY HELPFUL and I highly recommend reading through each page to develop a full understanding, as the extra information in the resources tab is optional but assists you in completing the final exam GREATLY. I would suggest paying special attention to the fire extinguisher questions, as the type of extinguisher to use on which fire was the only set of questions I really struggled with, going into this with no prior knowledge of the full extent of the duties performed by security personnel.
