The eleven modules are: The Nature and Role of Private Security; Legal Responsibilities of Private Security; Use of Force; Documentation & Report Writing; Patrol Techniques; Terrorism and Weapons of Mass Destruction; Communication and its Importance; Public Relations - Community and Client; Situational Response - Part I; Situational Response - Part II and Security Ethics.
