After completing the Bronze level, you can progress to the Silver and Gold certifications, further honing your skills and earning new lapel pins for each level.
The Silver Tier expands on your skills with courses in Crowd Management, De-escalation of Force, and more advanced topics, while the Gold Tier focuses on leadership and high-level security operations, including Crisis Management, Weapons of Mass Destruction Awareness, and Verbal Judo.
